Security first

At the training platform security is a top priority. The participants have to be able to eventually also tumble real incidents that can happen during the exercise. Training with the fire extinguishers is a vital part of that preparation. This ensures that the right actions will be taken at the right moment.

 

A firefight has to be practically trained. Removing the security pin, pushing the start button of the extinguisher and aiming at a fire must be trained. How you have to attack the flames is well explained by our own security experts and executed later by the trainees.

 

The total of security measures (foreseen by law) intend to protect the soldiers in their working environment, from the dangers of a loose cable to sheltering and protection from the effects of a storm. All possible eventualities are taken into account, before, during and after the exercise.

 

In the last picture you see the guard personnel securing the perimeter of the training platform and ensuring the access control for personnel and material that goes in and out of the command post.
