Build up for the exercise

Sao Vicente (Cape Verde), June 5th 2006

Near to the NRF Land Component Forward Headquarters, the Spanish construction company Castrametacion Bn II/11 has started to prepare the soil for the Special Operations Component compound. With powerful engineer bulls and graders the military are leveling the area as to provide good preconditions to build up yet another camp for the upcoming NRF-exercise Steadfast Jaguar.
