EUROCORPS organizes Distinguished Visitors and Media Day for Exercise Common Tenacity 2007

Wildflecken - 12 November 2007. From 05th to 23rd November 2007, Eurocorps is conducting the exercise Common Tenacity 2007 at the German Army Warfighting Simulation Centre in Wildflecken, Germany, in order to maintain and improve its capabilities as a High Readiness Land Component Command Headquarters.

 

Eurocorps, commanded by Spanish Lieutenant General Pedro Pitarch, is executing a multi-brigade operation, developing the complex spectrum of challenges on the modern battlefield: full-scale military action, peacekeeping operations and humanitarian relief.

 

In Common Tenacity 2007, in addition to Eurocorps, also Mechanized Brigade X from Cordoba, Spain; French-German Brigade from Müllheim, Germany; Brigade 1 from Leopoldsburg, Belgium; 15 Mechanized Brigade from Gizycko, Poland and Armoured Brigade 2 from Orléans, France, are present.
