First elements of Eurocorps arrived in Cape Verde

On 25 May the first elements of EUROCORPS arrived in Cape Verde to take part in the NATO major exercise nicknamed Steadfast Jaguar 06. The main task of the advanced party is to build up the camp that will house the Land Component Command Forward Command Post (LCC FWD CP). Starting from nothing, with ships delivering equipment on a daily basis, the camp is gradually taking shape.
