Visit of the French Senate's Financial Committee

Today thirty-seven members of the French Senate's Financial Committee visited Headquarters Eurocorps. They attended a Eurocorps briefing and broached financial aspects in particular.

Mr Arthuis, the committee's president, and the delegation visited the new training platform which makes it possible for Eurocorps members to exercise on a regular base in order to improve their professional know-how and to preserve their certification as NATO high readiness forces (HRF) and NATO Response Force (NRF).

At 11h00 a press conference was given by Mr Arthuis and the Eurocorps Commanding General in the Video-Tele-Conferencing (VTC) shelters of the training platform.
