The ongoing dismantling of NATO Camp Baia das Gatas

Cape Verde, July 5th

Local media followed the invitation to get an idea of the ongoing dismantling of NATO Camp Baia das Gatas on July 4th. News agencies “Inforpress” and “Liberal Cabo Verde” were present together with newspaper “Horisonte” and Radio Cabo Verde. They met with Eurocorps Rear Party Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Bart Duyck and Site Commander Major Jens Wehner. Both officers highlighted the excellent cooperation with the Cape Verdian authorities.
