Commander EUROFOR at HQ Eurocorps

Strasbourg (France), 3rd April 2007.

Major General Giacomo Guarnera (Italy), Commander EUROFOR (HQ in Firenze, Italy), paid a visit to the Eurocorps HQ today. After an office call with Lieutenant General Charles-Henri Delcour, Commanding General of the Eurocorps, Major General Guarnera attended a briefing and a discussion on the Eurocorps and the lessons learned during the two last Eurocorps missions, ISAF VI and NRF7. Finally, they toured the “Homebase’s” Situation Centre and the new training platform, located inside the barracks and operational since 2006.
