Eurocorps welcomes a delegation of the WEU

On Thursday 22nd May 2008 a delegation of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Western European Union (WEU) will visit Headquarters Eurocorps, in order to attend a presentation of the unit and to visit the training platform. The press is invited to take part in this presentation and visit.

The new platform makes it possible for Eurocorps members to systematically improve their professional know-how and to preserve their acquired knowledge, namely: the certification “NATO High Readiness Force (HRF)” and the certification “NATO Response Force (NRF)”.

At the end of this visit a press meeting with the Commanding General Eurocorps, Lieutenant General, Pedro Pitarch (ESP) will be organized.
