Eurocorps at Open Door of European parliament

Strasbourg (France), 1st May 2007.

As every year since 1993, the European Parliament opened its doors to the public on 1st of May. The theme set for this year was of course the 50th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome. Eurocorps, with its headquarters based in Strasbourg, took the opportunity to inform a multinational public on their military formation and its background. Of the more than 20,000 people visiting the open door, a large majority had a look at the Eurocorps exhibition stand mainly showing pictures of their recent missions.
