Returning with maritime transport

Mindelo (Cape Verde) July 4th, 2006

The bulk of the vehicles of the NRF Brigade was loaded onboard the Danish container vessel “Tor Anglia” in Mindelo Harbour on July 3rd. These are busy days for the military of the French battalion “519 Régiment du Train”. They are specialised in maritime transport and based in  La Rochelle, France. Their main concern these days is the redeployment of material after the Steadfast Jaguar Exercise. Cape Verdian students from the “Escola Secundaria Dr. JoséAugusto Pinto” were more than interested visitors.
